By accessing or using the Zyntlab platform, including accepting an organization invitation, creating an account, or accessing learning content, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.
2. Organization Accounts & Access
Access to organization-specific training and content is granted via authorized organization invitations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the platform only for lawful educational and professional training purposes. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt platform operations, extract proprietary course content, or share credentials with third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, certifications, assessments, and platform software are protected by intellectual property rights owned by Zyntlab or the respective sponsoring organizations.
5. Automated Communications
Transactional notifications regarding your assignments, compliance status, certificates, and invitations are dispatched from automated system mailboxes. Please do not reply directly to automated messages; contact your organization administrator or support@zyntlab.com for assistance.
